REVIEWS

Dr. Pawlowski, DDS, MSD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He and his team have many years of experience in periodontics, including implant surgery. Moreover, he is alert to new developments in both basic and translational aspects of his discipline. A senior dental hygienist in his group, Paula Nguyen-Dang, is a superb practitioner; she is highly skilled in dental scaling procedures.

-George M. Martin, MD

If you need a gum graft/surgery, dont worry at all. Dr. Pawlowski and his staffs will take great care of you. One of my bottom front tooth receded terribly when my wisdom tooth came out. I needed to get it fixed and my previous dentist recommended Dr. Pawlowski. I got a follow up call from one of the ladies from the front desk, and she was really sweet in discussing with me on how Dr. Pawlowski can help me. I scheduled a consultant and a surgery appointment after that. Before and on the day of the surgery, I was so anxious, scared, and nervous to the point that I even dreamed about it the night before, and I was shaking when I got to the office. I was given sedatives on the day of the surgery, and I couldn’t believe it but I didn’t feel anything at all. I can’t remember either. It just felt like I went to sleep and when I was conscious again, my surgery was already complete. No pain during the surgery at all. After the surgery, I was prescribed with medications and my boyfriend helped get them. I spent my remaining day sleeping in bed. The sedatives got me really sleepy for some reason. The next day, I was already back at work. The area near the surgery is a bit swollen but it’s not bad at all. I can still open my mouth and talk normally. The only real thing that bothered me was I felt pretty nauseous for one day after the surgery, but that’s because my body is low in iron naturally so losing a tiny bit of blood during the surgery, plus my menstrual cycle did not help at all. What’s also great about Dr. Pawlowski’s gum graft procedure is that he doesn’t take donor tissues from the gum palate. He takes it at another area that’s located around where the wisdom tooth used to be and its supposed to be a lot less painful. But for me, I didn’t even feel any pain around that site. And if you asked me to give it a level of how painful this gum surgery went, I would give it a 1/10 (10 being the most painful). Additionally, I had a terrible wisdom extraction experience last year with another dentist – I ended up in the hospital to remove pus in my throat due to the extractions so going to the dentist is very traumiazing for me. Dr. Pawlowski changed my mindset. He’s so sweet and gentle. He makes sure to take care of you. My gum surgery went very well. And he even prescribed me these additional medication to ensure that I don’t get cranker sores (since I get them usually get them after I hurt my mouth). With that in mind, please don’t worry because he will take real good care of you. You won’t regret going to Dr. Pawlowski!

I went to see Dr. Pawlowski after seeing 4 other dentists for a bone infection in my mouth. He immediately knew what needed to do and scheduled me for surgery. He and his staff are totally amazing. After the surgery he personally followed up with me every day to ensure I was doing better. I would run, don’t walk to see this doctor if you need a dentist!

I really enjoyed my visit, which seems an odd thing to say about going to the dentist! However, everyone was so friendly, explained everything that was going on, and I had no sense whatsoever that I was being ‘over-treated’. Everyone was great, but special thanks to Nicole, and of course Dr. Pawlowski!

I love this place and the entire team! It has been a long time since I have been able to feel ok with visiting the dentist! Dr. Pawlowski was able to tell me something about my oral health that NO OTHER dentist my entire life was able to figure out. And while it was ‘late in the game’, it wasn’t too late, and for that I am greatful! I hope to be able to afford all of the work I need done in the near future, but until then, I know I’m in great hands. If I ever hear anyone I know talking about the dentist, the fears they may have, or needing to find a new place, I ALWAYS recommend them to you guys! Thank you for being straight shooters, understanding my fears, and always making me feel like you actually care. You always make me feel as comfortable as possible. It’s been a long time coming, but I have FINALLY found my dentist. I’m not going anywhere! 🙂

-Rechelle Lowe

These guys are the best. Let’s face it, dental work sucks…both physically and financially, but I always leave this office feeling it’s all worth it.

I took X-rays with Rita, who was fantastic at maintaining small talk (helped calm me down, as I usually have anxiety at dental appts) then had Paula clean my teeth. She also was really good at checking how I was doing and taking a break when I needed. Overall this was the best dental experience I have had

-Clare M.

All the staff have always been most helpful and courteous. The only problem is the waiting room is so inviting and I never get any time in there!

-Shelly Gibson

Paula was excellent with pain management, and a thorough explanation of the treatment.

-Wayne Olsen

Paula is the best hygienist ever.

-Paul Costello

Everyone does a great job. Night and day from my last implant, but also twice as expensive goes to show you get what you pay for sometimes. It’s also nice to get right in on time. Great job!! Thanks for being so helpful. Great staff and Dr is excellent 🙂 Cliff

Three years ago today, I had an appointment at Dr. Pawlowski’s office for a routine teeth cleaning. At my appointment the hygienist performed a head and neck exam. Much to my surprise, Michelle found a lump in my neck. Through my rapid action, I scheduled a Doctor’s appointment which led to the diagnosis of a malignant tumor, followed by immediate surgery. I credit my survival to this finding and dental procedure.

Joanne Van Deurzen

“It is my habit when receiving great customer care to let them know about it. Rita had such a nice customer service gesture with me, and Michelle was simply great: caring, empathetic and very able.  I didn’t want for anything because she was a step ahead on everything.  She explained what she was doing and showed honest interest in my well-being. Simply Outstanding.”

-Fernando Sanchez

Everyone was great. Friendly and professional. Thank you for a really good experience.

“I want to say thank you. I’m very happy that I was referred to you and that I followed through.  You are very dedicated, knowledgeable and skilled at what you do. I was told in my twenties that I had periodontal disease. I am now 64 years old.  In that span I’ve had a few consultations along the way with specialists.  I know when I have gone to someone who is a cut above. Your credentials are impressive and I am thrilled with the outcome of the surgery. I never felt rushed and you answered all my questions in simple, understandable language. I guess like attracts like because your staff is very impressive as well.  From the time a person walks in the door until the time they leave it is a good experience.  The follow-through, the check backs, and even the little things like being asked, “Can I get you something to drink?” show that your staff cares. They too are professionals.”

-Lynn Greggory

“Many thanks to Dr. Pawlowski and staff for yet another successful surgery! I have now had 12 teeth grafted with Allograft. From a patient’s point of view, having Allograft surgery could not be easier. The use of sedation minimized discomfort and I experienced no nausea. One minute I was chatting with the staff, the next I was being driven home. The results after surgery are healthy and natural looking gums with a much nicer smile. I no longer have sensitivity to hot or cold, in fact I just finished a bowl of ice cream! These teeth are going to last a lifetime – I simply couldn’t be happier with both surgeries and the results!”

-Diane Boman

“Thank you so much for the delightful experience in your office last week. The whole experience, from your kind front office staff to your thoughtful care went far. It brings a smile to my face.”

-Kate Burns

“I have been a patient of Dr. Pawlowski since 2002 and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I have been treated with the highest care when it comes to scheduling, cleanings, surgery and aftercare. My grafts look GREAT! Having allograft surgery was the best present I have given myself. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Pawlowski and his excellent staff!”

-Diane Boman

“Without you placing three implants I would have more damage due to missing teeth. [Also] I never would have quit my smoking addiction if I had never met you. In this sense you actually helped save my life.”

-Heather Lulves

“We were thrilled with the way things turned out, [Karen received] extraordinary treatment from your office staff. It is rare to find an office with such a knowledgeable doctor who is so highly skilled. Your office was a real godsend.”

-Karen and Joy Stelton

TESTIMONA

“I was nervous when I had my first appointment and did not know what to expect. Dr. Pawlowski and his staff were wonderful at explaining what was happening to my gums and why. They did their work cleaning my teeth and all I had to do was take 2 little pills a day and brush/floss my teeth! This was painless and the results were amazing. I don’t have to have gum surgery now and that’s the best news of all!”

-Rian Booker

“I feared a difficult surgery and a painful recovery. The dental implant procedure was remarkable for its ease and complete absence of pain. Thank you Dr. Pawlowski. I am truly grateful for the care you have given me.”

-Dean Webb

“You did your usual ‘magical’ super job on the extraction of my molar!  I looked at the top of the tooth on the x-rays before it was taken out and I do not know how you got it all out without damaging my jaw!  Thanks.”

-David McBrayer

“Warmest thanks for your office’s thoughtfulness at my dental appointments.”

-Willie Rean Thomas

“Thank you so very, very much for all that you have done for me!  Your kindness and generosity will be remembered always in my head, mind and smile.”

-Andrea Knutson

“Prior to 2002 I was losing my teeth, they were all loose and I was in pain.  I saw Dr. Pawlowski as a second opinion and began treatment with his office.  Now, in 2005, I still have all my teeth, my gum disease has improved, I can eat comfortably and feel better about smiling.  If you are lucky enough to have a consult with Dr. Pawlowski, please listen closely!”

-Jeffrey Gould

“Thank you again for taking the time to help me through the implant crown.  I have such confidence in your treatment and advice regarding my patients.”
